- Lomein noodles

		- 3/4 c. peanut butter

		- 1/4 c. sesame paste

		- 1/4 c. soy sauce

		- 2 tbsp. vinegar

		- 1 tsp. oyster sauce

		- 1 tsp. sugar

		- 1 tsp. minced garlic

		- 1 tsp. ginger

		- Hot spicy oil, to taste

		- Bean sprouts and cucumber garnishes

		- Boil lomein noodles until soft.
		Rinse with cold water.
		Drain and let dry.
		Mix remainder of the ingredients, except garnishes,
			for a sauce of creamy consistency.
		Mix sauce with the noodles.
		Arrange on platter and garnish with
			bean sprouts and cucumber.
