- 1 flank steak or London broil

		- Bamboo sticks, skewers

				MARINADE
		- 1 clove garlic

		- 1 c. honey

		- 1 c. soy sauce

		- 1 c. sherry

		- 1/4 c. oil

		- 3 tbsp. vinegar

		- 2 tsp. ground ginger

		Cut steak into thin strips.
		Place in deep dish.
		In blender combine the marinade ingredients
			and blend for one minute.
		Pour over beef strips.
		Marinate 6 to 8 hours.
		Remove strips from marinade and
			thread onto bamboo skewers.
		Grill over charcoal until desired
			doneness or broil in oven.
